Connor James Naismith[2] is a British Labour Party politician who has been Member of Parliament for Crewe and Nantwich since 2024.

He was elected with 44.1% of the vote on a turnout of 60.2%.[3]

Prior to his election to Parliament, Naismith was a member of Cheshire East Council, representing the Crewe West ward, first being elected in May 2021 and re-elected in 2023.[4]

His local Labour Party website says that prior to his election, he worked in the constituency in "Police complaints", and "served as a school governor at a thriving community nursery school in Crewe".[5]

In June 2025, he wrote an essay for LabourList with fellow MPs Jonathan Hinder and David Smith endorsing the economically left-wing and socially conservative and communitarian Blue Labour faction of the Labour Party.[6] He is a member of the Blue Labour parliamentary caucus.[7]
